Minnesota Wedding Photography: Mistakes In Choosing a Wedding Photographer
Thursday, July 31st, 2008With the top four no-no’s counted down, let’s peek into the last three mistakes most bride and groom commit when looking for a wedding photographer(by no means is this a comment on the state of Minnesota wedding photography):- CHOOSING "UNCLE BOB" TO SHOOT YOUR WEDDING! The fact that a friend or relative is good with his new digital camera does not mean he can handle a wedding. - CARING ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS TYPE OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT. Wedding photographers who spend an inordinate amount of time discussing the type of equipment they use may not be the right person for you. What you really want to know is what type of images their camera can produce and if they can show you plenty of samples. - CONFUSION OVER PRICING. Package pricing, if flexible, is the best way to go. It allows you to have a better idea of what your final bill will be. Ultimately, you want to find someone who will work within your budget and give you exactly what you want. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, ask the photographer to let you design your own.
