Eating More Sugar and Sweeteners

Taking more sugar and sweeteners makes the taste better but surely from the health point of view it is not good. We know sugar raises the sugar level in our blood. We get so many complications when the blood sugar level rises above a certain limit. This is more dangerous for elderly people. Health gurus even advice people with health problems related to glucose to stay away from sugar and sweeteners as possibly as they can. Not that they are not allowed to take those condiments but surely only a certain amount that is tolerable for their healthcondition. Moderation is therefore the best thing to take into consideration.
