In reality, no one person is gifted in every aspect of creativity or reasoning.  When it comes to starting up a restaurant, this principle can easily be proven true.  For example, unless you’ve spent most of your life managing a successful restaurant, you probably aren’t terribly familiar with all aspects of menu creation, staffing, budgeting, etc…
