Waiting for clause
I have been an accountant for fifteen years. For the past year I have been playing around with the idea of starting my own accounting firm. This past month I have started taking steps to go out on my own. I found a great book keeping program that I will be able to use. Because I signed a non compete form when I was hired years ago, I am not able to take any of my clients with me. In two years my non compete clause will be lifted and all clients are free game. I will be on the phones trying to get new client until the clause is lifted.
