When Performing Prisoner Transfers, Care Must Be Taken that the Prisoner Doesn’t Escape

One thing that prison guards must think about is that when they perform prisoner transfers, they have to make sure the prisoner doesn’t get an opportunity for escape.  All protocols must be followed to ensure the prisoners are secured either in line, on the bus or out in the yard.  The transfer of prisoners occurs when a prisoner has to go to court, has to be transferred to another facility or out on a road trip because they’re performing community service hours.  You have to be careful because most criminals are just looking for an opportunity to get away and not go back to their cell.
