Eating Right Got My Metabolism Going
I used to think that the secret to staying fit was to work out really hard. And that plan worked well enough when I was young. Unfortunately, I’m not young any more and working out really hard wasn’t enough to keep me fit anymore. That got me looking for something, anything, that would keep me from getting fatter and fatter.
It turns out that the answer was pretty simple. I read that what you eat is the most important factor in your fitness, not how hard you exercise. So I tried it.
I started eating right, and I could feel my metabolism speeding up. Well, not really, but I could see the pounds melting away, and that’s what matters.
