Medial tibial stress syndrome
Whilst running is actually a sensible way to enhance health and fitness, it is not without having some dangers. There are a variety of overuse injuries that runners can get and over fifty percent of athletes often have an injury each year. The most frequent source of these is training errors for example performing too much too soon rather than building up little by little. One common overuse injury is what is called medial tibial stress syndrome. This is discomfort on the inside of of the leg. Along with the work out regime errors it’s also commonly due to weak feet function and running shoes that aren’t ideal for that particular jogger.
