1. Diet is the number one key to fat loss.  Hence aim to get in plenty of fresh foods with low fat ingredients to lose the weight.  If you continue with your diet of processed foods and fast foods, you will add more body fat.  The next time you shop for your foods, stick to the fresh foods section.

2. Drink less alcohol, juice and sugary carbonated drinks.  All of these contain high calories and can stimulate more belly fat.

3. Make time to workout – it is only with time and effort that you can lose the weight.
