Writing Funeral Thank You Notes for The Love of My Grandmother
For the past couple of years, I dedicated my time in caring for my ailing grandmother. Most of my cousins are out of the country, working. I didn’t mind taking care of my grandmother. I loved, and still love, her so much that it wasn’t a hardship to accompany her during those times. My dearest grandmother passed away two nights ago. And because she said before that she didn’t want to have a long wake, she was buried this morning. Now, while trying to come in terms with her death, I am writing funeral thank you notes that will be sent to her friends and to the people who loved my grandmother until the end.
