Grilled Scallops
I love grilled scallops! If I had to eat only one thing for the rest of my life it would probably be grilled scallops. I always get the Admiral’s Feast whenever I go to Red Lobster and that includes some awesome bay scallops. I’m getting hungry just typing this. Does anyone have any good recipes for making your own scallops? I tried making them at home a couple of times but they always ended up too tough. I also really like scallop sushi. Scallops are definitely under-rated in my opinion. They are like the delicious meat buttons of the sea.
