It is really depressing how the housing market went through a cycle of normally priced homes to completely overpriced and now undervalued homes. It is hard to imagine that a beautiful 4,000 square foot home with beautiful designer iron gates and entry doors can be priced at $400,000 dollars. Iron gates on a home is a plus in any market so if you are purchasing a home that has this extra upgrade then you are getting a great deal. Make sure if you purchase a home without iron gates that you purchase the best on the market!
