Use flower pot to plant in your window boxes.
There is no real trick to placing flowers in a window box, however if you are interested in actually growing flowers in a flower box, then you will have to take care to plant in window boxes correctly. One thing you need to know right off the bat is that you do not add dirt directly to a flower box. Instead you have to plant your plants into flower pots and place them into the planter. This gives you the ability to remove flowers or plants after they have grown to big for the window box and move them into a garden.
