A Night Off for Mom
As a homeschooling mom, I never seem to have any time for myself. I am with my kids twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. In order to have a little mommy time, I signed up for an Italian cooking class and I love it. Not only am I getting to interact with adults other than my husband, I am also learning to make food that I love. I have run into a problem though. I can’t seem to find anywhere locally to buy Italian cheeses. I need to remember to ask the other ladies tomorrow night where they get theirs. I can’t wait to make these recipes at home.
