Appetizer Party
I rarely use a caterer because I try to plan ahead for our major holiday parties. This year though I feel that my plate is a little too full, no pun intended, and I needed help in preparation for our holiday party for the company. I know that it is going to take some time to find caterers in our area to be able to adequately serve our company party but I am willing to start interviewing and tasting now. We are only planning to do appetizers so hopefully it will not be too much of a task for either the company or myself to find the right combination.
