Does your dog have a collar?
Its a law now to get your dog collar with a leash on your dog before you take him or her for a walk. Too many incidents have happened with dogs that are running around loose biting people or running away, getting hit by cars and so forth. The law is designed to protect the dog and the people walking around him or her. Their are now dog parks that allow your dog to run around without being linked up to a dog collar that are caged in and safe for the dog and for patrons walking on sidewalks around the park.
