I can still remember the night of my high school prom. It was one of the best nights of my life. Although, I wasn’t the most popular girl in school, that night a lot of my schoolmates were looking at me with envy and awe. And it’s all because I had the right kind of clothes and prom makeup on. Even my friends were surprised at my transformation that night. They weren’t expecting a plain Jane like me to look like a bombshell. What they didn’t know is that months before the prom, I read articles about prom dresses in magazines, and make-up tips on websites. Until this very day, no one really knows that every inch of the way I looked that night was the result of months of research and practice.
