Executor of estate made big mistake
When someone is named the executor of an estate under some one’s will they thing is a great honor like being named a god parent. But the reality is that being an Executor of estate carries a lot of duties and responsibilities. My neighbor was settling the estate of their parent and it turned into a big mess. She sold assets without getting the proper OK from the probate court and all of her relatives tried to sue her. The sad thing is is that my neighbor was trying to do her best but, when greed is involved it brings out the worst in people.
