When an employer asks you if you know anything about thinking outside the box, what do you tell them? Do you lie and say that you know all about it or do you tell the truth and say that you’d like to learn? If you’re like most Americans, you lie about it. Most people want creative thinkers who can “think outside the box,” but the reality is that few of us really know how to do it. However, it isn’t rocket science to think outside the box.
