A Hermin Miller Chair To Get More Employees To Go The Extra Mile
What would make us want to work beyond our working hours? We love our job and we would really want to work longer than what is expected of us especially when we have deadlines to meet. Sometimes it’s just the physical limitation that keeps us from going the extra mile at work. What if we were working and sitting on a hermin miller, or more appropriately the Herman Miller Aeron chair? Would it change the way we look at overtime? Certainly, I believe so. Speaking for myself, I wouldn’t mind going on extra hours for an unusual job that should take longer to finish if I were to work more comfortably on an Aeron chair. Now, this should be something that the Human Resources Department and the Management should look into.
